Team Vitality is proud to announce its support for the second edition of the Elite FE competitions organized by the player and streamer Minaleyy. In partnership with Skin.Club, this event entirely dedicated to women's Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) teams brings together the best international players to compete in a high-level competition. For each tournament, the cash prize amount will be €1,000.
With only 6% of women in professional esports, the Elite FE tournament aims to promote female talent in the CS2 scene and increase their visibility throughout the year. This initiative is part of an overall effort to encourage more diversity and inclusion in the esports industry.
A SPRINGBOARD FOR CS2 WOMEN'S TEAMS
The Elite FE tournament will bring together 16 international women's teams, including 4 selected by Minaleyy, in collaboration with Team Vitality and Skin.Club to compete on the FaceIt platform. At each tournament, the winning team will be awarded a cash prize of €1,000 as well as various prizes, including Team Vitality merchandising and gaming equipment.
Starting February 23, the entire tournament will be broadcast live on Twitch hosted by Minaleyy accompanied by various casters. Debriefs and game analyses will be produced to engage the conversation on social networks. And various video content such as best of will also be produced to contribute to the visibility of the participating teams.
Designed as a true “warm-up” for professional teams before the ESL Impact season, Elite FE tournaments will take place every two months starting in February 2025, with matches scheduled on Sundays to maximize participation and viewership. By synchronizing with major esports events, Elite FE positions itself as a development and training ground for teams looking to progress to a professional level.
This tournament embodies a competitive, positive and inclusive vision of diversity in esports. By creating regular events, Elite FE aspires to become a must-attend event for Counter-Strike 2 players, while actively contributing to the spotlight of female talent.

By supporting the Elite FE tournament organized by Minaleyy, Team Vitality affirms its strong commitment to the development of women's esports. This competition offers players, whether semi-professional or amateur, a unique platform to perfect their skills, gain visibility and integrate into a scene that is evolving towards more diversity.
This initiative is in line with the actions already carried out by the organization, notably with the creation of the League of Legends women's team: Rising Bees, as well as the Mobile Legends women's team: Bang Bang, evolving on the Indonesian scene. These projects reflect Team Vitality's desire to actively support the emergence of new inspiring figures, both on the competitive and community level. The club and Minaleyy are delighted with the integration of Skin.Club within the project in order to guarantee the best conditions for success for the project and maximum visibility for female players within the Counter-Strike ecosystem.
