DELIVERY AND ORDER PICK-UP
ORDERS FROM OUR ONLINE STORE
ORDERS ARE PREPARED AND SHIPPED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR ORDER (EXCLUDING DECEMBER, SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, PUBLIC HOLIDAYS, CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS, AND ORDERS OUTSIDE FRANCE)
Generally, your package is shipped on the day of the order if placed before 12 pm (excluding weekends and public holidays). During busy periods, order preparation may take up to 72 hours.
You will be notified by email once your package has been shipped and you will receive your order tracking number to keep you informed of its progress.
DELIVERY FEES
FREE DELIVERY IN FRANCE FOR PURCHASES OVER €100, EXCLUDING EXPRESS DELIVERY.
DELIVERY FEES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY VARY DEPENDING ON YOUR GEOGRAPHICAL AREA.
You can calculate delivery costs in your cart
As stated in article 9 of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale: "In certain countries, the customer may incur additional customs taxes upon receipt of the package. These are not part of the total price of the order. They will be the responsibility of the Customer."
This is the case for Switzerland, for example.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Only new, unworn, unwashed, tagged, and in perfect condition products can be exchanged.
As stated in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, no exchange is possible after order validation for personalized jerseys/products (flocking). Given the unique and personalized nature of customized/embroidered items, they cannot be returned or exchanged in accordance with article L121-21-8 of the Consumer Code.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a legal period of 30 days to exercise your right of withdrawal for a refund, starting from the delivery date of the package, or a period of 14 days from the date you picked up your order via Click and Collect, if you chose this pick-up method.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email, indicating your intention to withdraw, your order number, and the item(s) concerned.
Once your withdrawal period has been exercised, you have 14 days to return the item(s) concerned. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with tags still attached. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
We will refund you to the account associated with the payment method you used, after you have informed us of your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal and we have received the products concerned.
The refunded amount includes the price of the ordered items as well as the amount of the initial standard delivery fees (if applicable). The refund of initial standard delivery fees does not apply if you do not return all ordered products.
RETURN PROCEDURE FOR ORDERS WITH DELIVERY
Team Vitality allows you to return purchased products within 30 days of your package receipt date.
Purchases made on our online shop cannot be returned to the V.Shop store at the V.Hive space.
Defective or non-compliant product
When the product is defective, or your order is not compliant (wrong size, wrong item), return costs will be covered by Team Vitality.
Simply contact our customer service by email, providing us with your order number and explaining your situation.
Following this, we will send you all the necessary information and a return label.
Size or product exchange
If you wish to exchange your item due to a size or item error, return costs will be your responsibility.

To best process your request, you will need to provide us with your order number, indicate the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
You will need to return the item(s) you wish to exchange using the carrier of your choice, bearing the return costs.
For us to initiate an exchange as quickly as possible, we invite you to send us a tracking number by email, specifying the number of the order you are returning.
REFUND PERIOD
Upon receipt of your return, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Your credit note or refund will be issued within 15 days of receiving your items and automatically to the account associated with the credit card used for payment or to the Paypal account used for payment.
In the case of an exchange (larger or smaller size for the same product), once the deposit is validated by the carrier, the exchange order shipment is triggered.
RETURN PROCEDURE FOR CLICK AND COLLECT ORDERS
If you wish to exchange an item or items due to a size error, if you notice defects, or if you simply wish to exercise your right of withdrawal for a refund, you will simply need to return the item(s) concerned to the store within 14 days of your order pick-up date.
