TEAM VITALITY UNVEILS SPECIAL JERSEY AND NEW CAMPAIGN FOR THE PERFECT WORLD SHANGHAI MAJOR 2024

  • International esports club Team Vitality is in China for the Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024, with the ambition of regaining its position as the best CS2 team in the world.
  • During the competition, the team will proudly wear a special alternate jersey created for the Shanghai Major. Designed in collaboration with Parisian contemporary artist Nairone, this jersey pays tribute to Counter-Strike and Team Vitality's Chinese fan community. On this occasion, the club unveils a new campaign on its networks entitled "The Year of Vitality". This nod to Chinese culture underlines the team's determination to achieve a new victory and return to the highest summit of the international scene.

EYES ON FIRST PLACE

Team Vitality’s Counter-Strike roster has been on a roll over the last two years, most recently winning the Intel Extreme Masters in Cologne. After claiming first place at the BLAST Premier World Finals in 2023 and claiming an iconic victory at the BLAST.TV Paris Major, the team has established itself as one of the dominant forces in the CS2 competitive scene. After a convincing 3-0 qualification at the RMR in Shanghai, Team Vitality is now ready to reclaim its leadership status on the international stage.

READY FOR VICTORY WITH THE SHANGHAI EDITION OF THE ALTERNATE JERSEY

Team Vitality players will wear a special edition of the brand new Alternate jersey during the competition. Created exclusively for the Major, the limited edition features a prominent “V” on the back of the jersey and design elements that pay homage to Counter-Strike, Shanghai and Chinese fans. The club revealed the jersey in a dedicated video, featuring references, graphics and designs inspired by Chinese culture.

Designed in collaboration with Parisian contemporary artist Nairone, known for his striking black and white style, the jersey combines modern streetwear aesthetics with an esports twist. Team Vitality’s PERFECT video showcases the alternate 2024 jersey, styled by the club’s players and ambassadors, highlighting its unique place in the esports universe.

Available only online , this special version of the alternate jersey is limited to 150 copies and costs €89.99.
