Can I exchange or return items purchased online?

For non-flocked items, you have 30 days from receipt of your order to exchange products purchased on the site https://shop.vitality.gg/
Only new, unworn, labeled and perfect condition products can be exchanged.

For any exchange, please contact our customer service by email at contact@vitality.gg, providing proof of the order number, the item(s) returned and the reason.


In order to facilitate the processing of your request, we ask you to kindly include in your package the details of your order and the reasons for your return: invoice and/or order number + postal address + first name + last name + reason for return.


As indicated in the T&Cs, no exchange is possible after validation of the order for personalized jerseys/products (flocking).
