DELIVERY AND COLLECTION OF ORDER
ORDERS ON OUR ONLINE STORE
ORDERS ARE PREPARED AND SHIPPED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR ORDER (EXCLUDING DECEMBER, SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, PUBLIC HOLIDAYS, CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS AND ORDERS OUTSIDE FRANCE)
Generally, your package is shipped the same day you order if it is placed before 12 noon (excluding weekends and public holidays). During busy periods, order preparation can take up to 72 hours.
You will be notified by email as soon as your package is shipped and you will receive the tracking number of your order to be kept informed of the correct delivery of your package.
CLICK AND COLLECT ORDERS
Most of the products on our site can be ordered and collected in store. Generally, you can collect your order via click and collect within 2 hours, subject to immediate availability of the products at the V.Shop.
When you choose this method of withdrawal, you will receive a first email confirming your order, then a second as soon as your order is ready to be withdrawn.
Once this email is received, you will have 30 days to withdraw your order. After this period, your order will be cancelled and refunded to the payment method you used.
The V.Shop store is open from Tuesday to Saturday, from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m.
SHIPPING COSTS
FREE DELIVERY IN FRANCE FROM 100 € OF PURCHASE, EXCLUDING EXPRESS DELIVERY.
SHIPPING COSTS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY DIFFER DEPENDING ON YOUR GEOGRAPHIC AREA.
As stated in Article 9 of our T&Cs: "In some countries, the customer may incur additional customs taxes upon receipt of the package. These are not part of the total price of the order. They will be borne by the Customer."
This is the case for Switzerland, for example.
RETURN AND REFUND
Only new, unworn, unwashed, labeled and perfect condition products can be exchanged.
As stated in our T&Cs, no exchange is possible after validation of the order for personalized jerseys/products (flocking). Given the unique and personalized nature of the personalized/embroidered item, it cannot be returned or exchanged in accordance with article L121-21-8 of the Consumer Code.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a legal period of 30 days to exercise your right of withdrawal for a refund, from the date of delivery of the package or a period of 14 days from the date on which you collected your order in Click and Collect, if you have opted for this method of collection.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, we invite you to contact us by email , indicating your intention to withdraw, your order number and the item(s) concerned.
Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the item(s) concerned. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with the labels still attached. The return costs will be at your expense.
We will refund you to the account associated with the payment method you used, after you have informed us of your wish to exercise your withdrawal period and we have received the products concerned.
The refunded amount includes the prices of the items ordered as well as the amount of the initial standard delivery charges (if applicable). The refund of the initial standard delivery charges does not apply if you do not return all of the products ordered to us.
RETURN PROCEDURE FOR AN ORDER WITH DELIVERY
Team Vitality gives you the possibility to return the products purchased to us within 30 days after your date of receipt of the package.
Purchases made on our online shop cannot be returned to the V.Shop store in the V.Hive area.
Defective or non-compliant product
When the product is defective, or your order is not compliant (wrong size, wrong item), the return costs will be borne by Team Vitality.
All you need to do is contact our customer service by email , providing us with your order number and explaining your situation.
Following this, we will send you all the necessary information as well as a return label.
Size or product exchange
If you wish to exchange your item due to a size or item error, the return costs will be your responsibility.
To make a return, please contact our customer service by email .
In order to best process your request, you will need to provide us with your order number, indicate the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.
You will need to return the item(s) you wish to exchange to us using the carrier of your choice, paying the return costs yourself.
So that we can initiate an exchange as quickly as possible, we invite you to send us a tracking number by email, specifying the number of the order you are returning.
REFUND PERIOD
Upon receipt of your return, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Your credit or refund will be made within 15 days of receipt of your items and automatically to the account associated with the bank card used for payment or to the Paypal account used for payment.
In the case of an exchange (larger or smaller size on the same product), as soon as the deposit is validated by the carrier, the shipment of the exchange order is triggered.
RETURN PROCEDURE FOR A CLICK AND COLLECT ORDER
If you wish to exchange one or more items due to a size error, if you notice defects or if you simply wish to exercise your right of withdrawal to obtain a refund, you will simply need to return the item(s) concerned to the store within 14 days of the date of collection of your order.
