We wanted to share with you the departure of Matúš “Neon” Jakubčík from our LEC team. He will soon be replaced by Elias “Upset” Lipp as our new ADC.
As the most loyal fans know, we just finished the best regular split in our history, in which Neon was a major architect of our success. Throughout it all, he demonstrated an exemplary work ethic and showed us his value.
However, in a logic of balance within the roster and performance, Upset's profile imposed itself on our team. We believe that our path to victory goes through this kind of difficult decisions that a club must make.
Team Vitality wishes Neon the best. We are working hand in hand with him so that he finds a new team that will value his multiple talents and give him all the consideration he deserves.
