TEAM VITALITY ANNOUNCES PARTNERSHIP WITH UNILEVER GROUP'S MAGNUM AND BEN & JERRY'S ICE CREAM BRANDS

Paris, December 16, 2023 – Team Vitality and Unilever are pleased to announce their partnership for 2024 with iconic ice cream brands Magnum and Ben & Jerry's. They will work alongside the club to develop tailor-made activations for esports fans, combining celebration, indulgence and pleasure.

A TWO-IN-ONE PARTNERSHIP THAT COMBINES ESPORTS AND PREMIUM ICED EXPERIENCES

Throughout the 2024 esports calendar, Magnum and Ben & Jerry's will have the opportunity to support several teams of the French club, expressing different positions and fields of expression. The two brands will be present on the jerseys (at the collarbone level) thus supporting their favorite teams and embodying common values. Magnum will appear on the jerseys of the LEC and VALORANT teams, while Ben & Jerry's will be positioned on those of the LFL and Rocket League teams.

In 2024, Magnum and Ben & Jerry's will also have a prominent place alongside Team Vitality to create and organize immersive experiences during the most anticipated competitive moments. Throughout the year in digital format for the LEC and VCT closed leagues, and in physical format during the major highlights of the Rocket League Major and the CS2 Major in Copenhagen.

Leaders in their respective sectors, Team Vitality and Unilever, through Magnum and Ben & Jerry's, will also work together to create premium experiences that aim to encourage fans' passion for esports. This is evidenced by The Frozen All Stars event which teased this partnership in the most fun way to the Rocket League community.

THE FROZEN ALL STAR SHOWMATCH: THE PASSION AND PLEASURE OF PLAYING TOGETHER

To kick off the partnership, Team Vitality and the two Unilever brands offered fans a Rocket League showmatch: The Frozen All Stars, celebrating the passion of fans before the official competitions resumed. The Frozen All Stars featured the world champion team of Team Vitality, against international legends of the game in a series of entertaining and exciting matches. The game was broadcast on Team Vitality's Twitch channel and TikTok account , cast by Boyan and LifeIsCool from the Rocket Baguette channel in France. And in English on the Twitch channel of the famous caster JohnnyBoi_i.

Inspired by the NBA All-Star Game format, the showmatch took place in the comfort of a mountain chalet thanks to a V.Hive (Team Vitality premises) transformed for the occasion. Throughout the evening, fans were able to enjoy a relaxed atmosphere while watching the game. They were also able to taste Magnum and Ben & Jerry's ice creams through different taste experiences (blind tests, ranking).

Team Vitality and Unilever will continue to bring exciting new experiences to esports fans, including Frozen All Stars, throughout 2024.
