Today, Team Vitality's women's team won the grand final of the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang tournament at the Esports World Cup. They achieved a historic victory for the quality of the performance, the organization, and for women's esports on a global scale.
Facing Gaming Gladiators in the final, Team Vitality won with a resounding score of 4-0. An undisputed triumph, driven by exceptional individual performances and impeccable team coordination.
Throughout the tournament, the players displayed remarkable mastery: a 2-0 victory against FUT Esports in the quarterfinals, followed by an impressive 3-0 against Team Liquid in the semifinals, before finishing in style against Gaming Gladiators. The team did not concede a single game throughout their entire run at the MLBB Women's Invitational 2025, organized as part of the Esports World Cup.
After finishing second at the 2024 edition, despite a flawless season, this victory fulfills Team Vitality's ambitions by giving the women's team the long-awaited ultimate title.
" We are extremely proud of our team's performance. Last year's result had been particularly difficult, but supporting them at every step, through the highs and lows, makes this victory even stronger and fully deserved. Winning the tournament without conceding a single game is a testament to their strength, preparation, and cohesion. We hope to continue seeing them dominate the scene for many years to come. " explains Danny Engels, Global Operations Director for Team Vitality.
Beyond the sporting achievement, this success also helps move Team Vitality up in the overall standings of the Esports World Cup clubs, thanks to the points earned from this first-place finish.
