TEAM VITALITY WINS BLAST PREMIER: WORLD FINAL 2023

Team Vitality continued their dominance of the CS2 scene by defeating FaZe Clan in the Grand Final of the Blast Premier: World Finals. In a replay of last month's BLAST Premier: Fall Finals, the French club swept the match to end the year on a high note.

A landslide victory for the yellow and blacks

The finals kicked off on Inferno, where Team Vitality took the lead in the early rounds. Although FaZe Clan fought hard to regain the lead, it was the Bees who dominated the first map, winning 13-5. On the second map, FaZe Clan got off to a strong start, before being overtaken by a relentless Team Vitality, taking the win 13-7.

This is the second victory in two tournaments – after the BLAST Premier: Fall Finals – for the new roster, marked by the arrival of William “mezii” Merriman as well as the return of coach Rémy “XTQZZZ” Quoniam. Always present in the big events, the Frenchman Mathieu 'ZywOo' Herbaut was crowned MVP of the tournament thanks to his incredible performance in the final.

2023 is ours.
