I received a damaged package

If you notice that the package is damaged upon receipt:

- If the package is delivered to you in person and you notice that its packaging is damaged, you can receive it by asking the postman to record your observation/reservation upon delivery.

- When opening it, if you consider that the contents of your package are damaged, we invite you to contact our After-Sales Service (SAV) as soon as possible, by email support@vitality.gg by sending us an explanation of the incident noted, the number of your order accompanied by precise photos of the incident: general photo of the contents in its packaging showing the colissimo label with the number, photo of the packaging and the contents if damaged, photo of the packaging and the way in which it was packed.

- Upon receipt of your email, our After-Sales Service will analyze your request and get back to you to inform you of the follow-up given to your order.
