I did not receive my package "without signature"

Below is a 3-step procedure for making a complaint to the Post Office:

1) We invite you, first of all, to check that one of your neighbors has not received it or that the package has not been left in your building lobby or garden by the postman.
2) After checking this, you will need to file a dispute with the post office, by telephone at no. 3631, choice no. 1 then 2.

3) If after checking and contesting with the Post Office your package is not found, we invite you to contact our after-sales service support@vitality.gg who will send you an official CERFA certificate, to be completed by declaring that you have not received your package.
