As stated in our general terms and conditions of sale ( GTC ), if your order contains flocking and it has already been processed, we will not be able to cancel it.
If the order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it and issue a refund.If, on the other hand, it has already been shipped, you will have to return your order to us at your expense so that we can proceed with the cancellation and refund of the items (the shipping costs of the shipment will remain your responsibility).
